Difficulties, problems and afflictions are inevitable part of our life. In order to have healthy coping strategies and make them easier and beneficial for our life, it is important to seek guidance from the Quran. We all have many ways to deal with the difficulties of our life including stress and other psychological problems, but we do not always know the coping strategies solely mentioned by the Quran which can also be a good addition in the area of clinical psychology and professional counseling.
