ALI-338: Fighting Inflammation with Nutrition

In this course we plan to cover ways on identifying dietary factors that may promote or inhibit the inflammatory process which affects disease risk and severity. Suggestions will be made on foods that can be incorporated in our diet to fight inflammation.
