The course will provide the basic and fundamental definition and qualities of Prophethood. The course will also mainly cover the fundamental purpose and goals of Prophethood in light of the following aspects:
- A definition of Prophethood under the umbrella of Tawhid, The Oneness of Allah
- The impact of Prophethood on the history of human civilization
- The philosophy behind sending the Prophet’s to particular areas and at particular times in history
- The purpose of the seal of the prophets, Prophet Muhammad (s), in completing the purpose and goals of Prophethood.
- The philosophy and definitions will be explained with numerous examples from the lives of the past prophets as found in the Holy Qur’an and Traditions.
