ALI-596: Fitrah and the Argument for the Existence of Allah (S)

One of the prominent arguments for the existence of Allah (S) is the argument by human nature, also known as the burhān of fitrah. The argument raises important questions such as the definition of fitrah, how matters which are fitriyy (natural) are established and whether it truly amounts to a proof, or is it merely demonstrating that there is a natural tendency in man to seek Allah (S). This course will look at some deeper and less studied questions surrounding the argument by human nature. Each session will be an hour long.
